Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge until the goods are handed over for delivery — call +374 55 27 88 01 or write to info@autogaz.am.

2. Returning goods

Goods of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase under the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, provided they are unused and their appearance, packaging and proof of purchase are preserved.

Custom-ordered items are non-returnable; we state this when confirming the order.

The delivery fee (1,000 ֏ / 3,000 ֏) is non-refundable once delivery has been performed.

3. Defective goods

Goods with a manufacturing defect are exchanged or refunded as required by RA law.

4. Cancelling services

A booked visit (installation, service, cylinder testing) can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least 1 day before the appointed time.

The cost of a service already performed is non-refundable. Installation work carries a 1-year guarantee.

5. How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded only to the same card within 3–10 banking days after the request is approved. Cash payments are refunded in cash at the workshop.
