1. General

This policy describes how DG Service (DIJISERVI LLC, TIN: 01259135) (Yerevan, Gusan Sherami 98/8) collects and uses visitor data on autogaz.am.

2. What data we collect

• Through the order form: name, phone number, delivery address, region, notes.
• Through the booking form: name, phone number, chosen service, day and time.
• Cart contents are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit an order.

The site requires no registration and uses no advertising cookies.

3. Purposes

Data is used solely to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, manage visit bookings and contact you.

4. Sharing with third parties

Order/booking data is shared only with our staff through internal systems (including Telegram notifications). When you write via Facebook Messenger, Meta's terms apply. For online card payments, card details are processed solely on the bank's secure page; we never receive or store them.

Data is never sold or shared with other organisations except where the law requires.

5. Storage and security

Data is kept only as long as needed for order fulfilment and accounting, then deleted or anonymised. The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection.
