Terms of Sale & Use

1. General

These terms govern the sale of goods, delivery and provision of services through autogaz.am. Seller: DG Service (DIJISERVI LLC, TIN: 01259135), address: Yerevan, Gusan Sherami 98/8, tel.: +374 55 27 88 01, e-mail: info@autogaz.am.

By placing an order or a booking on the site you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

The Equipment section lists autogas equipment and accessories; each price is shown in Armenian drams (֏) and includes taxes required by RA law.

Prices may change, but the price of a confirmed order never does. Orders are confirmed by our operator's phone call.

3. Ordering

Products are added to the cart, then the delivery form (phone, address, region) is filled in. After receiving the order we call to confirm availability, the total and the delivery time.

4. Delivery terms

Within Yerevan, delivery runs on working days and costs 1,000 ֏.

To the regions of Armenia, delivery runs on Saturdays and Sundays and costs 3,000 ֏.

The exact day and time are agreed by phone. Goods are handed to the customer or a person they name.

5. Services and prices

• Gas system installation: naturally aspirated engines up to 4 cylinders — 180,000 ֏; 5–6 cylinders — 220,000 ֏. Turbo, TSI/FSI and 8-cylinder engines are priced individually. Installation takes one working day and carries a 1-year guarantee.
• Cylinder testing with certificate — 10,000 ֏; the certificate is valid for 2 years.
• Service and diagnostics — priced by the scope of work, confirmed on site or by phone.

Visits are booked through the "Book a visit" form; working days are Monday–Saturday. A booking becomes final after our confirmation call.

6. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash (at the workshop or on delivery) or by Visa, Mastercard and ArCa cards.

For online card payments the transaction is processed on the acquiring bank's secure payment page; card details are never entered on or stored by our site.

7. Guarantee and liability

Installation work carries a 1-year guarantee with a service book. Product warranties are set by their manufacturers.

The parties' relations are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, including the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.
