Personal Data Processing Policy

1. The processor

The personal data processor is DG Service (DIJISERVI LLC, TIN: 01259135), located at Yerevan, Gusan Sherami 98/8, tel.: +374 55 27 88 01, e-mail: info@autogaz.am.

Processing follows the requirements of the RA Law on Protection of Personal Data.

2. Data processed

Name, phone number, delivery address, booked service/day/time, order contents. No special-category data is processed.

3. Legal basis and purposes

The basis is your consent, given by voluntarily filling in the site's forms, and performance of the sale/service contract concluded with you.

The purposes are receiving and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery, managing bookings, contacting you, and record-keeping required by law.

4. Method and retention

Data is processed by automated and non-automated means, stored in protected systems, and deleted or anonymised once the purposes are met, unless the law requires longer retention.

5. Transfers

Only our authorised staff can access the data. Transfers to third parties happen only where the law requires or with your consent.

6. Data subject rights

You may learn how your data is processed and demand its correction, blocking or destruction, or withdraw consent, by contacting info@autogaz.am or +374 55 27 88 01. Requests are handled within the statutory period.
