Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Digitronic Autogas app and its staff portal store about you, why, and how to have it removed. It is operated by the Digitronic auto-gas workshop in Armenia.
What we store
Your name and phone number; your email address, which you sign in with; the language you chose; a messenger contact if you gave one; your vehicles (plate, make, model, year, registration certificate number); your balloon certificates and their expiry dates; the work the shop has carried out; bookings and car requests you sent; notes; and a notification key for each phone you sign in on. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, payment details or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no analytics or advertising software.
What we use it for
To remind you before a balloon certificate expires, to arrange visits, and to keep an accurate record of the gas equipment the shop has installed and certified. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
How reminders reach you
By notification in the app and by email. Notifications pass through Google and Expo, and email through the autogaz.am mail server; both act only on the shop’s behalf. You can switch notifications off in your phone’s settings at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer of the shop. Records of gas equipment the shop installed or certified are kept after that for safety and certification purposes. If you delete your account, what is removed and what is kept is listed on the “Delete your account” page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop sending reminders, or delete your account. Deleting is immediate from the app, under Profile → Delete my account. For anything else, contact us using the details below; we answer within 30 days.
